In a small aangan by the pond, our grandmother began making pickles the way her mother taught her — with patience, pure ingredients, and a whole lot of love.
Today, we've grown beyond pickles. We press oils in wooden kolhus, grind atta on stone chakkis, and roast masalas by hand — the same way villages have done for centuries.
